What is Functional Fitness?
Functional Fitness adapts and develops exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without pain. Therapists at City Health & Massage will design an effective functional fitness program tailored to individual needs or goals. The program will be based on functional tasks directed toward everyday life activities and drawn from a database of over 6000 exercises.
