Dry needling is a treatment, which uses small single use, sterile, filament type needles inserted directly into hyper-irritable points in the muscles to alleviate associated pain and dysfunction.
How does dry needling work?
Dry Needling works by deactivating and desensitising myofascial trigger points in the muscles, stimulating the healing response which may lead to a permanent reduction in muscle pain and dysfunction
